CALL FOR PAPERS
Authors who wish to contribute a paper related to the above mentioned topics are requested to send the full paper. The full paper not exceeding 8 pages (A4 Size, 1½ spacing) along with CD with inbuilt figures, charts, drawings etc. shall be submitted in the address specified. Papers should also be submitted as soft copy in CD or by e-mail in napecindia@gmail.com as MS Word document. The images included in the article should be attached separately as high quality jpeg image. Only electronically submitted papers will be included in the Proceedings Volume. It will be understood as conditions of acceptance of papers that the author/one of the authors in the case of multiple authors of the papers, will attend the Conference for interaction with the participants. Papers from the utilities relating to real life case studies and operational experience are especially welcome.
GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF FINAL PAPER
- The full paper not exceeding 8 pages (A4 Size, MS Word) along with CD with inbuilt figures, charts, drawings etc. shall be submitted before the prescribed date. The full paper paper should be submitted as soft copy in CD or by e-mail at napecindia@gmail.com as MS Word attachment.
- Only electronically submitted papers will be included in the Proceedings Volume. The text of the paper in English must be free from errors. The images included in the articles should be attached separately as high quality jpeg image.
- The paper should begin with a synopsis describing the aims of work, methods adopted, results obtained and conclusions.
- SI units should be used as far as possible in the text, figures and tables. Standard and universally accepted abbreviations should be used. When a special abbreviation appears in the text for the first time, it should be accompanied by its extended form. All symbols and mathematical formulae included in the text should preferably be typed using scientific and mathematical type face.
- Symbols should be explained in the text. The figures should be placed nearest to the first reference in the text and should not be larger than the print areas. Photographs may be included if necessary, with appropriate caption, and should be typed in original typescript where photograph(s) is/are to appear.
- Tables in the manuscript should be numbered consecutively and referred to in the text by their numbers. A suitable heading should also be provided. References should follow the text to be listed at the end in numerical order with the corresponding number cited in brackets at appropriate places.
- At the end of the references, the author(s) must furnish his brief bio-data not exceeding 100 words. A similar description should be given for each author. Submitted paper must be original contribution of the author(s).
- The proceedings volume containing all the papers will be issued to the participants on the second day of the Conference. Hence the soft copy of the paper should be send on or before the prescribed date either as CD or by e-mail as MS Word attachment.
- In order for the paper to be included in the Proceedings at least one of the authors must register for the Conference to present the paper.
- The papers received after the prescribed date will not be included in the Seminar Proceedings Volume and those papers shall be published in the Conference website.
CUT OFF DATES
- Acceptance of papers will be communicated to the authors within 10 days of receipt of papers.
- Spot registration of delegates will be allowed, but the conference kit will be issued subject to availability, on first come first served basis.
